For 25 years I had a successful career in financial services. C-suite roles, real responsibility, genuine progression.
And for most of it, I was glad to be doing it. But at certain moments, I found myself with questions I didn't quite know what to do with. Is this still right? What do I actually want from this? What does success mean to me now?
The awkward thing about those questions, when you're doing well, is that they feel hard to raise. You don't want to seem ungrateful or dramatic. So they tend to stay quiet.
Coaching gave me somewhere to take them honestly. And that changed things.
That's why I do this work. Because I know what it feels like to be capable and successful and still quietly wondering. And I know how much it matters to have a genuinely calm, safe space to think things through properly with someone who really listens without agenda.
I now work with thoughtful professionals and senior leaders navigating the kind of professional moments that don't always have obvious answers. My approach is straightforward and unhurried - the right questions, real listening, and space to think clearly about a direction that's truly yours, not simply expected of you.
I am an EMCC certified Coach, I hold a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School (HBS) and am currently pursuing an MSc in Coaching for Behavioural Change at HBS. The combination of training in behavioural insight with years of operating at C-suite level in financial services means I understand both the world my clients navigate and the evidence behind how and why people think, feel and behave.
